| RF 工程師 RF Engineer | 5 | 1. 5G Small Cell/O-RAN RU, 5G CPE, Home Security/Automation產品設計、驗證測試、EMI、並協助工廠量產良率改善. 2. RF 系統產品包括LTE/5G NR, Wi-Fi, BT, GPS, Z-wave…等之整合. 3. PCB layout優化及高頻阻抗設計. 4. De-sense干擾防制, 優化 其他工作條件限制: 1. 需要對高頻電路 或 通訊系統 有熱忱, 擅於表達, 溝通, 透過團隊合作解決問題. 2. 具備Small Cell/LTE/5G/Wi-Fi/Z-wave等產品設計經驗尤佳. 3. 熟悉Cadance Orcad, Allegro Layout軟體操作尤佳. 1. Design and validate 5G Small Cell/O-RAN RU, 5G CPE, and Home Security/Automation products, conduct EMI testing, and support manufacturing yield improvement. 2. Integrate RF system products, including LTE/5G NR, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Z-Wave, and others. 3. Optimize PCB layouts and perform high-frequency impedance design. 4. Perform de-sense analysis and interference mitigation to enhance system performance. Other Requirements: 1. Passionate about high-frequency circuits or communication systems; strong communication skills and teamwork ability for collaborative problem-solving. 2.
