International Technology Business Specialist

Job Description：
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leading global technology companies and contribute to international collaborations in cutting-edge fields such as semiconductors, photonics, advanced packaging, silicon photonics, and quantum technologies. You will work with ITRI R&D teams to facilitate technology commercialization and global partnerships.
1. Drive international business development and collaboration by coordinating between global partners and ITRI R&D teams to facilitate technical exchanges and partnership opportunities.
2. Coordinate international visits, business meetings, and cross-functional communications; facilitate meetings and consolidate collaboration requirements with international partners.
3. Support the International Business Office of the Quantum Industry Promotion Office by promoting international cooperation, technology outreach, and industry partnership initiatives.
4. Plan and execute international engagement activities, including VIP visits, workshops, forums, exhibitions, and overseas business events.
5. Prepare meeting minutes, bilingual reports, collaboration summaries, and follow-up action items to support project execution and long-term partnerships.

Education Requirements：
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, International Business, or related disciplines.

Compensation：
Salary to be negotiated (with a regular monthly salary of NT$40,000 or above)

Leave Policy：
Two days off per week

Remarks：
1.    At least 3 years of experience in international business development, international collaboration, project management, or technology partnership development is preferred.
2.    Experience in government-funded research institutes, non-profit organizations, industry associations, or technology organizations is a plus.
3.    Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
4.    Good command of English. TOEIC score of 800 or above is preferred. Applicants without a valid English proficiency certificate may be required to complete ITRI's English assessment.
