Management Associates (儲備幹部)

工作內容

At DB Schenker, we are looking for people who can thrive in the fast pace logistics environment. Are you someone who is a self-starter and motivated? Are you able to work well in a team and can handle complexity and deals with ambiguity and change well? If you tick all the boxes above, we are looking for you! Participants of our Management Associate Program will be assigned a variety of different tasks, which brings the chance to build up a network and gather technical expertise. Specially curated trainings, buddy system and On-the-job-training will help you develop your social, technical and personal skills. The Management Associate Program generally runs for 2 years and over the course of the program, you’ll be assigned to various stations within the department and take on future management and leadership roles in the organisation.

徵求條件

University Graduates (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!)

Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Macro)

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with minimal supervision

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and at times in a non-structured environment

Appreciate the time-sensitivity and criticality of assigned tasks and ensure completion within the prescribed time frame

Passionate about delivering quality work and detail-oriented with a very high degree of accuracy

Customer focused with an excellent command of written and spoken English
