Sales Rep Associate
Job Summary

Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line. If incumbent is responsible for both existing and new accounts, match to Sales Account Manager - Direct.

Job Requirement

- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Service, System Engineering, and Product Development.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Ability to convey information clearly and analysis as needed to help customer make buying decisions.

Responsibility and Interaction:

Responsibility: - This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine problems using established policies and standard practices.
- Is responsible for a specific geographical install base.
- May have own small accounts or work on a team.

Interaction: - This individual effectively works with internal personnel.
- Regular and detailed direction is provided to them by their manager on regular work; as well as on-going review of activities and priorities.
- The ideal candidate contributes proactively to sales team efforts.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Preferred fluency in English (written and verbal) as well as fluent in local language for country of application
- Sales experience preferred, not a must.
- 0 to 2 year experience in a customer facing role
- Able and willing to travel 15%-20% on average.
