工作內容：

As a Software Developer, you will be part of an agile scrum team that delivers and supports the Data Services solutions at Change Healthcare.

Your role will extend from helping conceptualize and design new solutions, to ultimately implementing and delivering those solutions.

The Software Developer works as part of an agile scrum team under the guidance of the Development Manager and will have the following job duties:

Define application design by analyzing requirements and architectural constraints; help define system behaviors supporting the requested features.

Design and develop software in all layers (front-end, mid-tier, server side) as needed.

Development and execution of test cases, and development and execution of automated tests covering tests at the unit, contract, system and performance levels.

Participate in the technology selection process, performing research and prototyping related to the technologies that have the potentials to satisfy specific product requirements and/or development needs. Provides input for the build/buy decision process in this area

Collaborates with the other team members throughout the development lifecycle, including working closely with members from different functional groups such as Product Management, Support, Services and Sales

Supports the release effort and helps troubleshoot and correct post-deployment issues

Accepts ownership for taking on new problems and challenges and proactively explores opportunities to add value to the overall software development effort within the organization

Knowledge of ISO, FDA Quality System Regulation and CMMI standards and regulations an asset

Experience with cloud based development a must

As the QA Engineer on an agile team you will lead an effort of quality and acceptance criteria in the team. Candidate must be able to focus on demonstrating that stories and code meet a customer ready standard. Also, to be successful and productive given an aggressive development schedule, test automation must be a key focus for this candidate. You will work closely with other test engineers, TPMs and developers to define and build tests to deliver high quality end-to-end customer ready software on highly agile teams.
